Section 1 / Scope Definition
What You Are Purchasing
This service is a one-time purchase of a front-end framework delivered as a digital asset. You receive implementation-ready source code for a static site architecture.

Section 2 / Liability Boundary

"SECTION 2.01 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND TRANSFER OF ASSETS. The digital assets and corresponding source code provided under this agreement are delivered strictly on an 'AS-IS' and 'AS-AVAILABLE' basis, with all faults, utilizing AI-assisted compilation methodologies. The developer expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. SECTION 2.02 — TERMINATION OF DUTY. Upon verifiable cryptographic transfer or delivery of the code archive to the client, the developer's operational, technical, and fiduciary duties terminate unconditionally. The client assumes 100% indemnification and responsibility for downstream hosting, security compliance, data privacy adherence, and subsequent code modification. No ongoing maintenance, patches, or technical advisement will be rendered."
